Connect Zoom to Getholda

What this does

Once connected, Getholda automatically creates a Zoom meeting for each online session you confirm and adds the join link to the booking, so you and your client can join in one tap. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled, the Zoom meeting is removed.

Before you start

• A Getholda professional account (you manage a practice).
• A Zoom account you want meetings created under.

Connect

1. In Getholda, open Profile (top-right) → Settings.
2. Find the Video calls card and set the method to Zoom.
3. Click Connect Zoom. You'll be redirected to Zoom.
4. On Zoom's screen, review the requested permissions — create and delete meetings on your behalf — and click Allow.
5. You'll return to Getholda showing Zoom connected. Done.

From now on, every online session you confirm gets a fresh Zoom link automatically.

Permissions we request (and why)

• meeting:write:meeting — create a Zoom meeting when you confirm an online session.
• meeting:delete:meeting — delete that meeting if the session is cancelled or rescheduled.

We do not request access to recordings, transcripts, participants or meeting content.

Disconnect

In Settings → Video calls click Disconnect, or remove Getholda from the Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps. On either action we delete the stored Zoom token and stop creating meetings for your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
