1. Service

Getholda is a booking and practice-management tool for independent therapists and coaches, operated by Nikolaj Saslawski, sole proprietor, Derfflingerstr. 46, 40470 Düsseldorf, Germany ([email protected]). It lets a professional manage availability, appointments, reminders, notes and paperwork, and lets their invited clients book sessions. This English summary complements our German AGB, which is the binding version.

2. Accounts and roles

Sign-in is via Telegram. A professional registers a practice; clients join by invitation from their professional. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

3. Not a medical service

Getholda is software; it does not provide medical, psychological or emergency services and is not a party to the relationship between a professional and their clients. The professional is solely responsible for the lawfulness and quality of the services they deliver.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Professionals may use a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Prices, renewal and cancellation are described in-product and in our German AGB.

5. Third-party integrations (Google, Zoom)

A professional may optionally connect Google Calendar/Meet or Zoom. Getholda uses only the access you grant, to create/update calendar events and video-meeting links for your sessions. Your use of Google and Zoom is also subject to those providers' own terms. You can disconnect any integration at any time; see the Privacy Policy for the data involved.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Getholda unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Getholda and delete your account at any time. On account deletion we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention duties.
